To schedule a Baptism at Holy Trinity, parents must be officially registered
parishioners and actively practicing the Catholic Faith, i.e, consistently participating in the Mass on Sundays, and Holy
Days of Obligation.
Parents are required
to have attended Baptism preparation within the past five years prior to scheduling the Baptism of their child.
Baptism Preparation sessions are offered every second Tuesday of every
month at 7 p.m. in the modular unit next to the convent. Our presenter is Deacon Jack Cullinane.
Each session lasts about 45 minutes, and at least one parent should
be in attendance. Children are always welcome.
Baptism Scheduling Forms are available at the conclusion of each session
to schedule your child's Baptism. After completing this form, please return it to the Parish Office and a member of the Parish
Staff will contact you to confirm your child's Baptism date and time.
Please be mindful of the qualifications for Godparents when choosing
Godparents. They are covered in the Baptism Preparation session and they are clearly listed on the reverse side of the Baptism
Scheduling Form.
Please print clearly when filling out this form so we can prepare an
accurate Baptismal Certificate and a record entry in our parish sacramental records.
Baptisms are celebrated by Fr. Misenko on just about any Sunday you
might choose, and they are scheduled for 1:15 p.m., following the Noon Mass.
If you would like to have another priest or deacon baptize your child,
please make arrangements with that priest or deacon and then indicate your wishes on the scheduling form in the space provided.
These Baptisms, once ok'd by the pastor, are usually scheduled for 2 p.m.
If you are from a neighboring parish, a certificate of attendance is
available, simply ask the deacon for a certificate.
